    Well I guess at least you don't have to spend the 500k on hardware that you do with Azure Stack

      You probably would if you wanted to run an equivalent number of VMs. Also, Stack isn't the only way MS does hybrid. Also that's not the minimum spend on Stack.

    I think this solution technically and deployment scale is more like on-premise Windows server integration with Azure than Azure Stack. Not really an apple to apple.. yet.
