Something that I admire from Microsoft is their reluctance to fall for catchy or whimsical names for their more specialized products. "Reliable Services" and "Reliable Actors" goes along the lines of "Internet Information Services" or even "SQL Server". It's not very hard to figure what they could be all about, and that's a good thing.
