    Probably going to backfire

    ...on the other hand I wouldn't install a new version like this for six months anyway.

    I've got to say though, that's it's crap like this which means we use almost 0 Oracle these days.

    Let the cloudy one sort out the bugs first...

    ... then on-premises instances could be upgraded - if really needed. Multi tenancy is not on top of the needs of many companies.
