    Laying cable across an ocean

    In some ways it seems archaic but at the same time, it's a huge feat of engineering.

    Will it be built with NSA spying included?

    Or will that be added later, as it falls victim to the "accidental" cable cut like so many others?

      Since it terminates at three of the 5-Eyes, I don't think that'll be a problem at all.
