    That does not surprise me.

    Last year I received an email, on one of my gmail addresses, welcoming me to the OZ utilities company that I seemed to have signed up with, for my gas/electricity.

    I tried to contact them to say they have the wrong email address for their new customer, but failed, because the only contact details are to ring an Oz telephone no. No chance.

    Since then my spam box for this email address gets lots of entries; most of them from Oz companies trying to sell me crap.

    Coincidence? I think not.
