To be fair, it's Modern IE, which is quite a different beast than the desktop counterpart.
I hate Desktop IE, but amongst all the tablet browsers I have used (Chrome, Dolphin, Opera and Firefox on Android, Safari on iOS and IE on Surface) Modern IE has adapted best to the tablet/touch UI imho.
The Microsoft idiots responding negatively to Yahoo's actions had no problem with Microsoft (totally) ignoring Apple mac OS X, Redhat/Ubuntu Linux and ChromeOS for support of Silverlight, DirectX and Skype - producing completely broken version for Linux until even now.
On any other topic of technology marketshare, Microsofties consider Apple OS X, ChromeOS and Linux of no consideration or worth mention compared to Windows "Desktops". Now that the situation is completely reversed with Windows Mobile suffering badly - and declining - in Marketshare compared to Apple and Android mobile, they are whining like babies.
Get a life, idiots!
Just because you hate Chinese government, is it correct to hate windows users? What they are asking is a XAML/HTML based client which display their of photos and post some. Does Yahoo! lack labour for this HIGHLY skilled job? Oh sure. You can ignore us because you lead the market :)
