    Nice reference, Mr Lecter.

    So if the farmer can receive from his smartphone, can he control things from it? Or does this mean running to the farm to fix the tank problem? The article and press release doesn't say and I think that there would still need to be troops by the tanks to fix things.

    With the parameters specified (after a bit of Googling), it makes me wonder how these things survived in the wild.....
