FUD is not what we want.

Forget FUD, it's not real marketing. Try some positive marketing like case studies, onsite trial/demo kit, or try-before-you-buy promos, and free services (OK, maybe not - you need a flamethrower to get IBM Global Services out once they get their claws in a victim). Positive marketing is more of interest to us custies than narrow promos where the build you actually need rarely meets the citeria specified. With such narrow offers you end up either buying bits you don't need or cursing the vendor for not understanding their customers' needs better.
