    3G for Email?

    The only reason to put 3G in a Crackberry is the tick box.

    Yep..

    Actually, the other reason is to replace the ageing 8707 which also supports 3g and fulfills the remit when you need a device to operate in Japan and other far east countries that are 3g only.

    Also, a number of users are using them as tethered modems as well.

    I'm sure the poor downtrodden IT pros will be pleased when their crackberry toting masters whinge that the over taxed mail server cant keep up.
