Surely it's the fan that's noisy, which would be down to the manufacturers of the case rather than the CPU?

I Wonder...

I wonder what distro Claranet are using. Debian's only on 2.6.24 on unstable, and as far as I am aware odd numbers, eg, 2.6.23, are dev/testing only, no? What were they doing on 2.6.23/4 in the first place?

PINs don't necessarily stay the same, you can change them, maybe banks should force changes on users sometimes. Maybe banks shouldn't allow users to chose their PIN at all.
