That's a good market, he's very smart....
...but in phone form!
I disagree. While the visual nature of sports can be compelling, good commentary can be gripping stuff. And of course being non-visual it doesn't mean you're glued to the TV/phone/monitor and can be up and around doing other things enjoying the commentary in the background.
works for me.
Unfortunately it's usually both the app AND the firmware at the same time and it renders older versions of the app unusable once updated.
This is annoying.
You mean of course the Samsung Galaxy S-Fifth Element.....
Not sure what speed package you're on but my upload is 10Mbit. Love it!
Depends on the person & situation etc but I don't mind paying a bit more each month to get the better upload speed - the increased download speed is just a handy side effect.
I just don't get what investors realistically expect from Apple (or any company in similar circumstances), they beat their earning target for the quarter, they pocketed $7 BILLION IN PROFIT IN 3 MONTHS yet people get pissed and their stock falls by 7%.
FML There's something seriously wrong with humanity/humans if $900 profit each and every second that passes isn't enough to satisfy.
On a positive note, by my maths, Mr Icahn has just lost 252 million dollars with a 7% price drop in Apple shares on his "no-brainer" 3.6 billion investment with Apple.
That seems a lot of money.
Aye maybe, but for now it is an option that I have exercised. Some of the accounts I follow I'd prefer not to appear in picture, at least straight away.
You can switch off the preview y'know, it's in the settings.
That's kinda what I thought as well, I read the opening few sentences and thought "the fruity taste of bitterness is strong in this one".
Never mind, I'm sure the author will gush forth praise when Apple's watch drops. Magical. Revolutionary.
Anyone explain this to me please?
So yesterday we had 2 reviews of the 13" model and today we have a review of the 11" model. Seriously, are they that different that we need a separate review for each screen size?? Jeez.....
So you're saying we follow the grammar, and that nazis like sheep? Cool.
Wow. So we know Win8 continues to fail for the next 6 months huh?..
So is this borking for 6.1 or 6.1.1? I've got 6.1 running fine on my 4S and there's an update to 6.1.1 do I download or not?
In Soviet Russia, books classify you..
Huawei? Geordie phone is it? Huawei Thelads
A gnat floating on its back down the river with a stiffy shouting "Raise the drawbridge!!"
I also ordered one thinking for the price I'd be able to live with the purported poor battery life. Thankfully though, the order backlog gave me a chance to consider further the slowly increasing poor reviews of the battery life of the phone. I cancelled and bought a Note 2. Even though it's cost me more money, it's saved me a shedload of hassle with poor battery life which was the achilles with my creaking DHD
Remember to switch the DND off, or you'll miss them as well......
That would mean Apple incorporating wireless charging which they're unlikely to do any time soon, and if they do they will develop their own proprietary standard or engineer their products to only work with official Apple licensed induced energy, non-licensed energy will not be allowed.........
Grabbing their hair and kneeing them in the face was a win as well. Or throwing the knifes at them.
Me and my mate used to complete the game on 1 life. We had no life at the time.

".... I hope they didn't cook the books like a certain now-Microsoft-owned company in order to look more valuable than they are."
And I need a laser why?
While I am also slightly skeptical of NFC (or its close-range variants), I think there will be large demand for it once we sort out the applications. We're still at that stage where we know it's exciting but haven't quite figured out the best way to use it yet. Maybe switching the central heating on and off as we arrive/leave the house. Light switches becoming redundant as we pass from room to room, maybe reminding us that that parma ham in the fridge is nearing its sell by date. I don't know but I'm sure someone will crack it.
Maybe I just love technology and the possibilities it allows us to dream up
...mentioned the Nexus 4 yet?
What he said.
I clung on for a few months like a smitten teenager hoping Motorola would lavish ICS upon me but in the end I saw the reality of it. 7 months since the US Wi-Fi only Xoom got ICS and yet we still wait for it here in the UK? F-off Motorola.
GEDify your Xoom. It's definitely worth it and once, or maybe if, Moto UK get round to rolling out ICS in the UK then you can flash back to UK ICS if you fancy. Hell, they might even jump ICS and roll out Jellybean instead, but that might be the caffeine talking. The difference in performance of the same hardware running 4.0/4.1 compared to 3.2 is frankly unacceptable in the fact that I fail to take in how much positive difference the OS upgrade makes to the same physical piece of kit.
To be fair if I can pay a smaller (& REASONABLE) amount for Sky Sports only rather than ponying up for the sports and the 90% of keech I don't ever watch then I'll probably do it.
I got sick of waiting for Motorola UK to pull its finger out so I flashed to the US Xoom GED ROM. Totally different device, fast, smooth, reinvigorated it. I am astounded by it. Jellybean will be here soon so I'll probably continue to use the US ROMs until the UK ones are available and swap back when they are. Trust me, go for it, you'll not look back at all.
Presumably because there is already Government informing snooping kit of some sort on Ethio Telecom?
Says £1.49 for me. May just be for me though......
I thought the article said they HADN'T signed an NDA?
Brown or Japs surely would be more appropriate, if a little less PC?
that this Belkin unit, compared to others available in similar or larger capacities is horribly over-priced. I expect to see this in airport electrical shops at list price + 50%
That list is pure jokes. A lot of self-congratulatory fellatio going on there.
Certainly in my experience on my 4th gen Touch. Noticeably slower operation, repeatable freezes, takes an age to unlock, several crashes.
Downvote me, I don't care, I only speak the truth.
Honestly, do RIM employ anyone in upper echelons that is capable of critically assessing a product spec & function before moving from alpha to prototype to production? Are they all deep-cover Android & Apple execs?
This 'device' will surely be held up as a shining example of how NOT to do a tablet. Honestly, if there was a process flow diagram I'd bet money that the RIM executives travelled down every 'No' branch on the page to arrive at the fail known as the Playbook. And that includes the naming process.
Apple can charge a premium because they are Apple, Samsung phones running Android can't because, quite simply, they aren't Apple. Everyone knows Apple makes hench cash off their hardware so why not settle to take a realistic profit from the hardware and still undercut the iPhone by a substantial margin to gather a lot more sales and revenue than the Apple-istic price point they announced.
I was interested in this before the price was announced, now it has been announced I am not. I'll stick with my DHD
And how does that help when you're parked next a bloody pillar or something in a car park?
Change your name. Not that big of a deal.

I'd say nokia were doing a damn good job of destroying everything that was good about themselves way before Microsoft got involved.
