My bike was stolen infront of CCTV. I watched the footage and called the cops a dozen times to tell them i had CCTV footage, never got a call back.

As a cyclist i welcome this move. I say lets enforce the law ourselves. Maybe i'll stop punching drivers windows if they get off their stupid phones.
