Re: Conversion?
Only a judge and jury could say for sure. Lawyers could argue over it for years at somebody else's expanse.

The Barmy Army will be in the dock on the next England tour down there then, assuming they give a rendition or two of the Kylie song
Guy Consolmagno, Director of the Vatican Observatory, and a Jesuit for good measure
When I was gaining my PPL all those years ago it was drummed into me that all flight aids are just that: aids. There's only one person in charge of the flight and of driving the plane. If a pilot is unfamiliar with an airfield it's his duty to familiarise himself with it.
This clown is on a par with blaming the satnav for driving into a river.
Question for Charles Manning
My wife and her running colleagues are always complaining that their GPS watches (different brands) invariably under record the distance run in a measured event. Typically a 10km run would be shown as 9.9km or thereabouts. They get particularly annoyed when a Marathon (42.195km) is 'short', as many of statistics tracking sites they use won't recognise it as a Marathon.
I assumed this was because the sampling points were straightening out curves but you seem to say this may not be the case.
So what would cause the short recording of their runs?
I occasionally receive calls from utility companies wanting to "discuss my account", and asking me for proof that I'm the person to whom they wish to speak. Naturally I refuse and ask them for proof instead, such as the amount and date of my last payment. They usually quote the Data Protection Act in refusing to answer, at which point I tell them we have nothing further to discuss.
Me too. Terrified of heights, ladders, going near the edge of tall buildings and so on.
I enjoyed my private flying, I've even opened the door of a 152 in flight to quickly cool the sun baked interior. I've also done a couple of static line parachute jumps for good measure, the first of which required me to climb out of the plane and stand on a step while holding onto the wing strut before letting go.. No fear at all.
I'd love a psychobabbler to explain why I'm scared of some heights and not others.
Myerson wrote. "This doesn't include any of your content or files, and we take several steps to avoid collecting any information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or account ID."
The Windows 10 Privacy Statement gives examples of data that Redmond might collect, including "name, email address, preferences and interests; location, browsing, search and file history; phone call and SMS data."
Hmmmm...
" So you need a test mode for the dynamometer. No magic, no cunning, just what has to be done. (How do other manufacturers handle dyno mode?)
Mercedes have a hidden setting which can be accessed from the steering wheel controls (it's called Dyno Mode, believe it or not) which they don't advertise. It's for dyno testing and turns off not only the traction control but all other electronic driver aids including ABS and 'keep it on the road when driver is being a twat' mode It's engaged using a non intuitive sequence of button presses.
I'm a member of a Mercedes forum which has a steady trickle of kiddies asking "How do I turn off the traction control so I can use all the power?" type of question. Eventually someone will tell them and sure as night follows day, a couple of weeks later the same kiddies are asking for a cheap source of body panels.
"... and just take a look at the latest grumble about police cars not being fitted with blue lights or sirens."
That's because they've all been given to middle management types
