Punters even more dissatisfied by Virgin Media's package

Facepalm

They can't even port their own number back from BT

Three years ago I left VirginMedia for Sky+ TV and BT phone/broadband, I ported the phone number from VirginMedia to BT without a problem. Now I'm trying to get everything back to VirginMedia and the new Tivo box but VirginMedia are having issue porting the number back ?!?! I'm waiting for a call today, if they say it can't be done I'm going to cancel unless they offer TV XL for free!

Bye Bye Three

I upgraded to the iPhone 4 on Three and found they had turned off 2g the day before! (28th Oct). I've since returned the iPhone, got my PAC early (contract ends Feb next year) and received an iPhone from Vod today. Looking forward to being able to txt at home again!

Falling over themselves trying to fix the breach

I received an email with a pdf detailing two passwords that need changing. The first one I already changed after their security breach. The 2nd I can't change as Fasthosts have already changed it and haven't told me what it is in order to login to change to a new password! Muppets!

More comanies going for "Investors in People"

So need the Appraisal tick-in-the-box. I'm not surprised by the results, especially since it was raised by Investors in People.

Orange has been pants ever since it was sold

When Orange was a UK company it was, in my view, the best of the four providers. Since it was sold it's gone down the pan. I can't wait till my contract expires so I can swap to another provider.

Not the first person who's had this

A woman in the UK was reported years ago as The woman with no brain. Years later when MRI resolution improved they discovered she too had a thin layer of brain on the inside of her scull. Like the guy in this report she had had a shunt installed when she was young.

She too was married with children and ran the household accounts as her husband wasn't too good with computers.

Fecked again

Last time it was 100% CPU used when background update check kicked in, now it's this. I guess this isn't going to be the last time a Microsoft update buggers things up.
