is that you can actually only use these DVR's while your a subscriber. If you cancel you can't get into them - just a big old message on the screen telling you to subscribe before you can use it.

So you end up paying for something you can't use outside of TopUpTV

I think MP3 did that, its just that Apple decided to make their own format and lock everyone into it. Its funny that when MS made WIndows and everyone uses it they moan at, and sue Microsoft, yet when Apple does it, its ok!!
