I can see someone accidentally spraying someone because they held their phone wrong.. and even worse.. they are using their phone in the car... with the windows UP!

Did your iPhone 'just stop working' - or did you drop it in your BEER?

Blackberries have had this sort of device/sticker under their batteries for the last 2+ years that I know of..

If RIM has not patented the item I am sure they are buying the water detection sticker from some company that DOES have it patented... can we say "LAWSUIT"

Are IP addresses personal data?

IP data personal or public?

I do no think any data should be collected by an ISP or 3rd party without explicit explanation of what data is collected and a true OPT OUT method.

Dynamic IP's should never collect data because they can change daily and someone else might have them thus data from the day before might not be suited for the next person of that IP.

If a person opts in for data to be collected for advertisement stuff that will appear on sites, the ISP should give a discount to the end user since they make money off the ads, and by selling the data, so instead of paying 100 a month for your broadband, you should be give a 25% discount because you actively participate in their marketing.
