Hows does monitoring movement = being awake

Everytime someone moves or rolls over in their sleep doesn't mean they woke up but that is surely all this can monitor?

Can't lose fingers

Yes swipecards, proximity cards, rf tags could be used but students can't forget or lose their fingers.

Should be Zero

I think the limit should be zero then nobody has any reason to drink and drive.
