Please Sir can I have some more?
You want more!
More Boy, more!
Call the Beadle!
This could be:
Two fingers up at Samsung
Sharp and the others are able to manufacture the components cheaper
They don't have the capacity as they are selling more phones and won't prioritise apple products
They should do this to the public and private sector. Sitting on a course with the other pervs will do the trick, including you Boss and his Boss and the CEO.
The threat of it happening again will be enough.
Re: He's not a deity...
Yes but religion helps them to focus their anger.
May be a business uptake, but it would have to be severely discounted for any IT dept to take on, but having to add all the extras to it so it becomes usable sort of defeats the object of a tablet.
Needs a pen, keyboard and touch screen?
Sounds like it has been made by a committee.
Re: New Patent
Can you imagine the insurance claims,
'whacked phone as indicated in the instruction manual, dislodge sim, broke screen'
Plenty of A1 condition 4S will be on eBay as its the only way many of the fanbois will be able to subsidise the IPhone 5. You will still get a bargain because I bet there will be some 3 or 4 week old hardly used ones for sale.
I bought an iphone 4S outright, I have a sim only contract with Orange that costs me £15 inclusive per month, the total cost to me over 2 years will be less than £890. I have unlimited texts, never use all my minutes and have a data plan and coupled to the phone, unlimited home broadband for an extra fiver a month.
No I will not be upgrading to the iPhone 5, because the differences between the two when the 4S is upgraded to iOS 6 they will pretty much do the same thing. OK, so the new one is a little faster and has a longer screen and may have a more refined camera?
As for LTE, maybe next year when the better more stylish 5S or 6 hits the shelves with NFC.
This phone is just a disappointing stop gap.
Trying hard not to upgrade my 4S
Got to buy, got to buy, got to buy........
Think for a moment, the new iPhone does not out spec anything, ok it's got a bigger screen and faster processor, but if you compare it to the 4S, except for that it has the same specification. Even the 4S will get the iOS update before the new phone ships.
No no, don't think, got to buy got to buy, got to buy..... Got to BUY.....
What's happening to me, why can't I log onto the store.............. Buy buy buy.
Let me wipe the tears from my eyes!
Re: Life is full
True but in the UK they became the masters at it.
Life is full
Life is full of hard knocks, if you put yourself out there and demand adoration expect the sh*t that comes with it.
There is a thing such as free speech which the last Government tried to silence by attacking anyone who had an opinion different from them.
The bottom line is this, in life you will meet people you like and don't like, people who are nice and people who are ars*holes. Get used to it.
As an iPhone user I say UNDERWHELMING, I cannot see a need to upgrade my 4S at all, the comparison spec sheet on the Apple site confirm what I know.

I always thought that there has to be 'loss' before compensation decided.
I can't go to my insurance company and demand the values of repairs or replacement of my car without showing that I have suffered a loss.
A strange and one sided law made by people who have an 'interest' in the cash outcome.
If it were made in the US it would have a bigger influence, but it's not it's made in China instead.
A shop built on promises, stocked with the Surface, Surface pro, Xbox.... Ummmmm what else ohmI know!
An end of line sale for the Zune and the Kin!
And I suppose a bit of software that will be cheaper to buy on Amazon.
Cameron is busily trying to been seen as decisive, rather than the ditherer he is when it comes to investment and jobs.
The US and Australia have real concerns about the company, whereas we just open our arms here in Blighty.
Peace in our time Dave, peace in our time.
Now that's a clever move is it not. Death to the console and a new lease of life for the PC.
Pretty much every purchaser will pay the extra £15 or so, does this mean it is a tax?
Re: I thought Lotus was dead.
I still have a copy..... For windows 98 I think or is it 95.
Some people believe Star Trek is real.
Pie in the Sky I think.
Now beam me up Scotty.
I could have sworn
I could have sworn that this goes on already.
For instance, the number of times I have looked at the price of flights, thought that I have found a good deal, looked a bit more, then gone back to the flight I originally decided on and found the price had gone up.
On Amazon, I find something I might like to buy, decide not to but then go back the following day and find the price has gone up.
Now if I find a reasonable deal, I leave that window open then go back to it.
They are going to sell a lot of these phones now!
Drying my eyes
Another day another Android promise.
Do they actually want to sell phones?
If the OS is there why not use it?
Why not shake hands dig it out together and share the spoils.
Nope too sensible.......
A war appears much too much fun for them.
Thats what the off button is for?
Great I have an idea... Patent the Off Button!
£30 a month?
That's £360 a year of over £1000 over three years so where is the benefit in that?
A business could buy a Dell Inspiron for less than half that, add a three year on site warranty for £120 and stiill save over £600.
Not only that but you can use the Dell anywhere and don't need a continual web connection.
Hire one? NUTS.
The developers should
Get the hint, that they would sell more aps make more money if they stopped the demand to harvest all our details.
Fu*ck up the contract, fail to deliver and get paid. No one had the balls to kick them where they deserve.
Until they leak out the truth a few months later.
The iPhone 5 doesn't look like the Samsung S3
HOW MANY OF THESE
Don't we know about yet?
Might find it is endemic in that there is no proper vetting of Android aps.
Written by American scientists and organisations that promote Growth Hormone in cattle and GM crops from the fattest nation in the world.
Irrefutable evidence US courts tend not to allow appeals, usually because it might make the Sherriff look bad.
Food for uranium?
Except for the fat guy in charge most of the population of North Korea is starving and reliant on food aid.
Is there a genuine threat?
And they hold their hands up and deny deny deny it.
What they say they will do, and what happens are two different realities.
I didn't sell it to them...... Directly!
Ok so I knew the reseller would pass the product on, but who am I to complain, I only want to make money after all. Not my problem!
Its marketing Jim but not as we know it.
Regular little 'snippets' released every couple of weeks keeps the speculation going and the interest alive.
This is all about Apple marketing 101, the next release a couple of weeks from now will be another 'leaked copy) until finally two to three weeks before the official announcement someone will accidentally leave a real one in a bar somewhere.
The choices we may have in 2112
A new phone please.....
A new microwave....
A new computer.....
A new fridge.......
A new cooker.....
A new watch........
A new toaster.......
'certainly sir we stock all these Apple products'
'any other brands?'
'not since the great patent wars of the early 2000's
'nothing but Apple?'
'once you've made your purchase why not celebrate in the pub next door, a meal in the Dog and Apple, I hear the real ales, brewed locally in the Apple brewery is quite nice!'
Thats rich comming out of the mouth of Peter Hain the 'former' minister who was always out of his depth in politics. Why on earth do people listen to him or give him the time of day.
Re: Can you hear
Ah, but I hear the apple fanbois... Laughing, but there is always THE APPEAL,
And now in the US Samsung has lost the case and must pay Apple a cool billion... Ouch!
If I'm Turkish
Then I'm a flamin Dutchman.
It is a change
It is a change to compliment the new Win 8 interface,
That says it all......
He walks out of the door
And continues the circuit of well paid jobs for the boys.
Next we may hear he is CEO of some council, then when he fails he moves on to the next one and the next one and the next one and the next one.
It's all in the small print of nearly every contract you sign...
Section 108.9 (C5)
Subsection 24.2i (2)
Paragraph 345.9 (z)
Sub paragraph 23 (a)
'whatever we promise to deliver we can change at any time, now or forever in the future, and that if you feel you are being butt-fuc**d you probably are, but there is nothing you can do about it. So cough up the cash or f**k off, unless you are tied into our 3 year contract in which case we've got your ar*se and you are my bi*ch.'
