It's not the size
It's how you use it.
Martian farmers
Outstanding in their field, err, crater.
Re: can't resist
Ticket closed because user appears to be tripping balls.
Re: More importantly
It's the Internet, you can already see boobs and a whole lot more elsewhere.
Don't tell him your name, Pike!
(letters)
Ooh, I can safely store my credit card and passport scans on it!
Erm, why would I want to store copies of any of that, at all? A copy of my passport won't get me through immigration. A copy of my credit card won't work in a shop.
So we'll see SSD and HDD at the same price per GB soon?
This is Ground Control to Major Tom
You've really made the grade
And the papers want to know whose shirts you wear
Mother's Day (in North America and Australia)
Why isn't Australia's the same as ours?
Re: Best in class?
Then you're quite free to use tcsh or ksh instead. You'll find them packaged for just about any distro.
Re: Cause to dig the speccy out I reckon
I was half expecting that dial-up link to be a dubstep track.
Is there an Android version?
Do MP3 and other lossy audio formats work for storing computer tapes?
I'm sure you can find a torrent including all the ones that were removed. (Such a collection certainly exists for the Beeb, which is how I rediscovered Granny's Garden, which legit emu sites also don't have.)
Re: HOW DARE YOU!
When I were a lad, we had to hand-punch our programs with an arrow head on a piece of buffalo hide.

Re: I had to Google to find out how to restart a Windows 2012 server from an RDC connection
Why are you at a console over an RDC connection? Sure, console might be the way MS want you to remotely admin servers now, but doing it over RDC sounds dumb. They ought to be running SSH.
It's a f*cking security flaw
Think of the whole "LOVE LETTER FOR YOU.txt.vbs" thing.

Needs a nuclear battery
like in old pacemakers. Also needs some Nixie or VFD tubes.
Re: Not much to the point for futute meters
So you hack the Data Communication Company instead?
Re: GSM/GPRS reliance?
You'll eventually get a situation like the BBC long wave transmitter.
So is stealing power now easier to do / harder to detect than with a conventional meter bypass?
And will it also, like some mobile networks, block sites that aren't porn but that some may find undesirable, such as gambling? Bearing in mind you don't have to be 18 to play the National Lottery, but you do have to be 18 to get the content block on your phone lifted?
Does it have
5V-tolerant GPIOs?
Paid LastPass, with unique passwords except for some low-sensitivity sites.
SIM and screen lock.
Google Authenticator where possible.
Linux at home.
ABP and NoScript.

Then the blogger should sue Cex for handling stolen goods. Don't those places take ID or a receipt or something?

Why did I think "isn't that an errno value" before I thought of Old Macdonald?
Re: Proper backronyms required
Because they said no, no, no?
