I've maintained both types (and pretty much everything in between) and I find in some cases the elegant, flowing almost Zen code is harder to understand and debug. I've also noted that my coding style tends to match the original. Odd, that.
Beer because sometimes, it helped.
There is another petition for the US Gov to investigate their tax exempt status.
Wasn't giving Nokia props, just challenging those given to Apple since they don't deserve it, in my opinion, for pushing out new tech. Nothing wrong with what they do - taking existing tech, refining it, and selling it on at a premium price (and making wads of cash in the process). In fact, I applaud them for it. Just don't try to make it sound like theyare doing *new* tech.
I doubt there is enough data in the mag stripes to be able to take advantage of a buffer overflow even if there was one. Also, there seem to be quite a few different mag stripe readers in use so a buffer overflow in one model probably wouldn't be exploitable on any others, limiting your effectiveness.
On a related note, I've not seen where any of the standard anti-virus software are able to detect it, has anyone else seen anything about detection methods?
And actually, so have iOS users - MapQuest has been available for free for some years now, and on the last trip I made with some Marketing droids, it performed better than the Android app you are so proud of. That is, it actually got us to the *intended* destination, rather than some random location a couple of miles away in a bad part of town... That reminds me, the Marketing droid that was in charge of that trip still owes me for saving his bacon, I'm off to collect.
"Hiring workers in one city were wages and compensation are low and then sending them to work in more expensive cities is common practice for big companies in China, according to labour activists, and along with excessive overtime, punishments and underage employment, is causing concern about human rights in the country."
I wasn't aware that there was a time (since I've been alive at least) where there wasn't concern about human rights in China, and for much more serious reasons than employment issues.
The fact that China is considered a developing nation and has no targets is exactly the problem. Self regulation won't help either - even if China (and India - look at their curve starting to go exponential...) stabilizes at per-capita CO2 levels similar to Europe, there are so many of them that they will dwarf the US and EU combined.
But, why not then use it correctly and teach those young whippersnappers what's what? Drives me crazy to see it used incorrectly, along with "literally", "their" "there" & "they're", "accept" & "except", "affect" & "effect" (actually had an argument with an English teacher of all people over that one once), and a handfull of others.
Anonymous, who regularly post information (like names, phone numbers, email addresses, group affilliations, pictures, etc.) about men and women without their permission and link to their social networking profiles, are unhappy about a man who posts sexually revealing images of men and women without their permission, alongside links to their social networking profiles.
Irony, thy name is Anonymous.
