bring back 'save as'
osx should be made for desktops and not incorporate tablet-like functions such as the dreadful idea of removing 'save as' from textedit..

but now i've got a chromebook and i'm ditching the iphone for a nexus 4.
apple will slip in the next 2-3 years but will still be healthy. cook just doesn't have jobs' manic passion.

ok, the wireless is better now after the firmware update but it's still the worst wireless router ever....and the engineer (who had to come round to sort disconnection issues - again) told me that there is a new superdud coming out with dual antennas!
but yes, they are still shite.

and saw nothing except an all inclusive bar and restaurant. and french women.
i've got the samsung
and it's great - come on - it is what it is..great for surfing whilst sat in front of the telly. chrome os needs some tweaks but you get 100Gb of google space and its cheaper than a macbook air or ipad - and i'm a long time mac user but their prices are a joke.

agreed - had mine 4 days and loving it - and i'm a mac user. apple simply need a better value, simpler laptop and not a bloody tablet.
once skype runs on this chromebook i'll be sorted.

someone sends you an email asking for your cv which you have in dropbox. you click 'reply', type some words then want to attach a non-photo file.......how?
been with them 3 months
the tivo stuff is quite good but in 3 months we've had broadband down to 1mb for 3 days (twice), a rented film stopped halfway through and reset, box reset due to slow menus and numerous network messages on screen.....oh and the telephone call charges ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF!
other than than it's pretty good but i will look at bt at the end of my contract.

we were having the slow jerky menus issue. so i turned the box off and off at the back, waited the standard minute and it was much quicker when i re-started it.....

it's got nothing to do with blu-ray licencing.....it's also why apple are phasing out flash.
it's all part of apple's walled garden approach, which is why i've had enough of them..

you are correct
worse thing they ever did was go to intel and allow windows on a mac, notice how their marketshare of pc's is flat, no matter what their figures suggest.
i've had 5 macs and would not touch another. the price and over-hype is now ridiculous....
sorry, it's not that amazing....
it's great cinema, just not a great film....
yeah it looks fantastic (the cleaned up re-master) but i still think it needs 3-4 minutes chopping from the last 15 minutes.
