Dont care, its Trek, gonna watch it.
Suits you sir.
I wanted the 3G N7, which luckily is still for sale, think i will take my time just to be smug.
Price isnt so bad, only £155 over buying sim free. What stinks is the 1gb for that price, should be 5gb.
Paying £5pm for 300/300/3gb, so no way am i signup up for anything that changes that deal. For new smartphone users this deal isnt so bad, but wait a month for the other carriers to jump on board, should be down to £25 in no time.
Negotiating a better deal at the end of the contract seems to be a way of getting good deals. Currently on 300/300/3GB/Tether on main line and 10GB/Unrestricted on second line. Both cost me £5 each on Tmobile.
Suck it up for the first 18months and then do some dealing.
Its a tough job, but someone has to do it. :D
Re: F1 without Sky
SkyGo web only subscription. £35pm.
You can stream with Plex and supports local mkv playback. (mkv on XS only)
Thats pretty pricey, got the same deal with a C7 for £5pm. (3GB/300/300)
Means a lot of stuff not able to be currently broadcast because of lack of spectrum can now be available. Plus its an open platform that anyone can join.
Hopefully Sky will show the F1 channel soon as its up an running, but more likely next year. Either way, it would make it a must have purchase for me. That and some lesser known IPTV offerings would be very welcome.
Err.. wheres the N8 in this shoot out?
Am i one of the lucky 95%? Lets see..
Im sure HyperOptic are ecstatic at the news.
'It is mandatory for any Freeview HD'
Content, Accessibility and Price.
Not enough content and too slow. Not universally available and easy to access. Too expensive for run once streams.
How not easy?
How is buying not easy, go online, couple of clicks and your done.
I presume youve heard of Amazon, Expansys, Clove ect.
Theres a new standard with a silly name that will allow such thing, cant remember whats called but its coming.
Sign of the times..
Interesting to read about how the live tiles and transitions become tiresome quickly, i did wonder if this would be the case when i first saw the OS. There was spate of attempts at fancy UI's a few years back, but experienced users quickly pushed back and it was quietly dropped.
Seems MSFT didnt get the memo or didnt care, opting instead for initial impact at the POS over substance. Despite this, i think it will do well.
The N9 will do me for now, as WP lacks power features like decent multitasking. Maybe next year.
If shes ok with Symbian, maybe get a Nokia 701. It looks like Android now with Belle and has all features shes used to.
Can i use those pre-outs to run Stereo to my amp?
So what your saying is, that all of em are rubbish?
So what i can tell from the chart is that if you want an iPhone, prepare to be ripped off?
*Fair Use Cap applies.
Can it read NTFS drives?
Pre-ordered my 64gb in black.
They said they would reduce it,
They told retailers they would reduce it,
They put the new price on their own website,
Then they fucked us. The new CEO is a muppet.
What dodgy grey channels like Expansys?
I tried the keyboard, it was rubbish, not a patch on Nokia or BB.
Nothing like Meego, just the same icons.
Welcome to Android.
Welcome to Android, its a battery munching pig.
Had my E71 since release, still use it today. Will pick this one just to see how it goes, im sure they will iron out the quirks.
Makes you sick knowing what could have been.
