After all, why waste money to ignore a damn good and reasonable scientific argument when we can just make things up with no knowledge at all?!

people being asked to hand over their mobile phones every time they go to the cinema going down well at all.

Where are staff storing them, how will they be identified so the right person gets the right phone, how quickly can they do all of this?

Slow to turn screen on...

I've seen that kind of behaviour before on my HTC Hero, more specifically, if I underclock the CPU to 249Mhz when the screen is off, it takes about the same amount of time to turn it on as the X10 Mini Pro.

Set language every time you type sounds like a file permissions issue to me too... I had a similar issue with Astro file manager asking me to accept the EULA every time it launched.

I think 80% is a fair review considering the only issues seem to be software fixable.

Great idea

We should do the same in the UK. Consider that I've been able to get weed to my door faster than a pizza for the last 3 years with no real problem, the govt. may as well tax the stuff and save the police time as well.

Let's face it. If it were legalised, people will still hold their stigma towards it. It's not like everyone in the UK would immediately start getting high and going to work off their face.
