Server 2008 overview!? someone getting a bit carried away on the old typing?
If all this was in 2008 wonder what the new Windows Server 8 will be like! ;)
definition of a "site"
So at what point does it become a new "site" and need a new court order? when its got a new IP, site name, subnet?
"If Sinofsky is right, and Windows 8 does predate the iPad, then the situation is even worse than we thought: it has actually taken Microsoft a lot longer than Apple to get a tablet operating system built."
To be fair Windows 7/8 is in a slightly different league to iOS in terms of complexity and feature set so its fair that it takes longer to produce...?
came for the playmobil
information in the cloud?
If you look at how Lastpass actually works it only stores the encrypted data in the cloud. All encryption and decryption of your passwords happens on the local client.
Lastpass also take this kind of stuff seriously, you can use multifactor authentication to access your account (Yuibikey or they have even developed a "one time" password grid system). I use a hybrid system of lastpass and keepass. The advantage of having everything sync nicely arround my pc's is great (I use mesh to sync my keepass database).
Med-v allows central management of the XP environment rather than XP mode that is individual XP installs.
E.g with Med-v you can update the XP application on your main image, then all workstations will pick up the changes next time them turn on. You can also manage which users see what icons etc...
... install the Standard edition. Single server. done.
This is all that is required here
Hi Trevor, I have replied via the "contact the author" option from the main article... If you don't get it let me know.
Policy preferences dont need MDOP
Group Policy preferences don't require the AGPM. You can do preferences from any Server 2008 or 2008 R2 machine & apply them to your enterprise...
When using GPS you shouldn't get the "blue confidence circle" unless your zoomed right in (to full). Are you sure it had actually got a satellite fix?!
The normal process is to start with cellular & then fix some satellites...
