Not exactly true......

I'm currently watching the game live on my HTC Magic using Vodafone. I just use the app called beebplayer from the market place, lets me watch all live and iplayer BBC TV programs over 3G or wifi.

So anyone with an Android device on vodafone can watch BBC.
