I used to work for Newton Systems, the managers are good, honest family people, and the prices may seem high as the Apple products are imported from America. Even though you don´t have VAT in Gibraltar, you do have to pay import duty, so this is reflected in the price. Plus the dollar is so strong against the pound compared to a few years ago.
It´s easy to try and critise a company when you don´t have all the details - perhaps a phonecall to the company could have helped?
