Apple invented everything first and registered everything first.
Welcome to Elop & MS ways of doing biz.
People went in with cheap & crappy Androids, then find that it wasn't as good as the iOS devices.
Then upgrade to iOS ... Plus, sometime you get really good deals on upgrades.
I suspect there will be a product from Apple that offers similar/same functionality coming soon.
They have a track record of banning product they copied.
Cashing out time for Goldman Sachs & Bono, I fear!!!
That's taking the p*ss. Angel??
I had used it once to find a hotel and the reviews were spot on.
The problem is Apple claiming to ethical but shown not to be by the report.
I think Apple is trying to balance Chinese workers' health to that of its shareholders.
Hopefully they will get it right soon.
Great looking phone and as soon it's reduced to 50 quid, I will get one as a 2nd phone.
MS = no blame ... they are only pushing their product.
Nokia = blame ... for hiring that idiot Elop.
+2bn -> -1bn = +|3bn|
Elop's bonus = 10% x +|3bn|
Sorted!!!! Everyone wins.
Steve's worst realisation is coming.
Most Android phones are banned in the U.S by the ITC.
Guess who got them banned?
So how much were they fined?
Those non-Apple tabs are far tooo expensive. They need to reduce by at least 30% to compete.
The same reason why Ultrabook will fail.
The new iBook stuff sounds like stuff in the Ridder video.
Is Apple stealing their idea?
I'm sure that Apple stole the rounded corners from that Ridder tablet.
The music mafia need to read this article. maybe too late for them though.
That's the only way to outshine the iOS/Android crowd.
I always found the sweet spot by adjusting/moving the TV aerial nearer to the window.
Delusional .... to be continue.
I can see MS buying Nokia on the horizon...
I suppose Apple has a working prototype when the patent is granted...
So I have to buy these games again?
Will to flog my iOS devices ... LOL.
Wow!!!!! So much innovations around the world judging by the total count of patents.
Nice to see so many people with so many brilliant & original thinking.
"a system for <... fill in blank...>"
As miss Abbot once said, "all white men look the same to me"...
I bought a few kindles from Tesco for £79 ... Xmas sorted!!!!
Until those cu*ts are put in prison, these fixing will continue ... shame!
3GS + 4 + 4S > GSII ... hahahaaa.
Apple does not nick stuff
Funny how the ITC is always on the side of the home teams.
Just do 2 builds, 1 for US and the other for the rest of the world. Problem sorted.
I don't expect a UKIP fanboi to see the single currency benefits.
His/her attitude to immigrants is well known, so the idea of some sort (involving foreigners) isn't going to go down too well.
1. The greek cooked the books, thanks to our friendly bank in the USA. So the Greek is the rotten apple which helps the Euro down the slope.
2. Every government is in debt, just so happen the banks can see preys(PIIGS) and went in for the kill.
3. Politicians/Regulators turned a blind eye to their banker friends' evil greed.
To organise attacks on other nations, blackmail nations with natural resources. It's much cheaper than sending humans to do the killing.
It's a lesser of 2 evils, I guess.
I hope they get somewhere with this new tech., I imagined this device will be powered by solar source which is recharged during the day. Using the net & laser together will be a welcome relief.
However, I'm sure these little pesky insects will get wise to the laser & adapt as they have always adapted to new fights against them. :-(
This is to stop MS patent trolling...
'Vigorous private discussions'
Yeah, that should only be done in a hotel room with your male secretary ... oh look, only one bed.
I see LCD price fixing is still alive & kicking.
My thought exactly.
Steve would find ways to blame it on the users.
The new CEO needs to up his game.
Those c*nts need to be put in prison!!!!
Or at least make fine > profit from fixing.
Come on Mr A
Turn yourself in ... defend yourself. Not as if you don't have money to do that.
Also, Sweden is not some 3rd World country where there is no rule of law.
Steve the man
Computer games weren't invented/played until iDevices came along.
Samsung's lawyers are incompetent ...
All non-Apple products should have at least a 30% discount.
How can crap brands from China cost more than Apple and expect to compete?
Bloody dreamers, the lot of them.
Is there a free copy on the Samsung's site?
Well done Nokia
3 players in the market is good.
I won't be buying another phone for at least 24 months, will see what happens then.
What happened to all those twunts who did the price fixing?
They should be sent down for a few years at least.
WTF, he was still working on his few days on this earth?
I think £150 is the right price for a top end Samsung phone.
A foreign company fight in a US system and expecting a favourable result.
In theory the treaty isn't "not biased".
