Re: Came for death metal
I have just noticed that you can't vote on articles now, when did this happen? Did someone hack get angry that the iPhone 5 fawning review was voted down to oblivion?
Worrying trends of late with el reg...
Re: Horrible horrible game
Thanks, you just did a nice job of making me go out and get the game. Oh how I long for violence that makes me puke at my TV.
@If the cap fits
You really are quite dumb, it is clearly not as simplistic as you make out. I especially enjoy the fact that people who pirate are as bad as the London rioters, yes a clear comparison there.
Back to the DM comment boards with you.
Connection Problems - To Be Expected
Yes this normally occurs when you have any game of this kind of magnitude, people complain but I don't think it is really complaint worthy as 95% of the time the service on XBL is good.
I must admit I have not had any real problems myself playing it on line (on the XBox) though I did not jump straight into on line play on the day of launch.
Fairly Poor Behaviour & Badly Managed
By the look of the forums and the harsh methods of Vodafone admins on closing any threads that are vaguely like the original one, this does not bode well for Voda customers (myself included).
It is a shame that this is being so badly managed, I am inclined to think that the RTSP stream blocking has nothing to do with compliance with Ofcom regs (as that is covered surely by the standard enable adult content are you over 18 check) but more to do with bandwidth usage. Still with their change in policy on charging punters who go over the feeble 500meg allocation I would imagine this will cover bandwidth costs for the worst offenders.
I think they should engage with their customers rather than closing threads and be more aware of what people expect to be able to do with smart phones nowadays and there should not be one rule for one handset (even if it is the Jesus Phone) and one rule for another.
As I a contemplating upgrading to the iPhone 4 I wish I had more options in my local area other than Vodafone to give my business to.
Russians did this in the 50's?
Did the Russians not do this in the 50's (vastly different technology)
