"But as Lam points out on his website Whiteiphone4now:
White iPhone 4 Owners: 500
Black iPhone 4 Owners: 14,000,000"
What a Tw t, just for having one in the first place!
bol oo locks
"News that the second in line to the throne plans to get married next year is the arguably the biggest celebrity news since Michael Jackson died last year."
If you ever needed a reason to believe that journos and the media are full of crap? Here it is!
excuses, excuses, excuses
Just stop and save face!
Apple appeals to apple types. The majority DO NOT have or want apple products.
I do not want to be part of the flock.
So please just stop and save your bleating for other apple types that want to listen to it.
You can justify your poor decisions amongst yourselves. Stop trying to bang on and on about the same old arguments.
Just accept it, Apple products are not for everyone. Thankfully the majority can see that they are for those who need "help" with their social standing and belief systems.
I guess your <25
....or running on methane?
Have Beatles fans, who are also apple types, not already ripped their own music for playing on their (closed) device?
If I had one (and I would not), I would have found a way to play my fav Beatles tracks already.
How long before its illegal to enter a public building wearing anything that covers your face?
10 years imprisonment for earing a baseball cap, but muderers and rapists can walk free in 2.
Some Tw t makes millions and everyone's rights are sold.
Just look at the scanner makers!
Ars hole government havent got the balls to say No!
bias or what?
Apple has a control over the direction of its software platform and user experience, which cannot quite be matched by a vendor relying on an open OS.....
WHAT A LOAD OF TRIPE! Complete Muppet!
If it's so good, then why is iphone being outsold by droid handsets?
I stopped reading beyond that. If the correspondent is so bias towards apple, I'm not going to get the truth.
Stay well clear of 3, I call centre monkey in another country will never give you the help you need.
Avoid Vodafone contracts, their network is good, but the chimps in their call centres can not do ANYTHING right. Similar to 3, one ape will give you one story and the next call to the animals will result in a completely different story being spouted. Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right is doing!
The 02 network is flaky, but at least the customer services is slightly better, but still don’t shine.
Orange is a rip, but I've not had a contract with them since 1995 after they conned me.
T-Mobile don’t offer returns within 14 days, so get it right first time because they wont help you otherwise.
The up shot - avoid taking contracts. Use PAYG services that way you get the network giving you the best coverage and you don’t have to bang your head against the wall trying to communicate with their call centres drones. Yes, you might pay full cost for the handset, but you'll get a decent trade-in price to discount off the next handset, and some PAYG offers can compete with contract deals.
Why are the decision makers so dumb?
Anyone who thinks that scanners are going to ensure that you dont get blown to bits is a complete idiot. (To the point that if they have kids, they should be investigated to ensure they and being cared for properly)
Have to seen the news lately. Those who want to blow you up now just post a [instert item]!
Then, they can blow the whole plane to bits remotely.
So next time your walking through the scanner, being perved at, just remember, your NOT safe. The whole process is NOT keeping you safe.
(Bye civil liberties! Bye common sense! You were chased away but the "knee jerkers" and feeble, and the rest just didnt care about you)
P4U are a bunch of cowboys who will do anything to get you to sign and very little if your not happy with service/phone.
Seems that what goes around, comes around. The only difference being P4U dont use iron bars.
Condems will condemn us normal people to the dark ages of employment rights.
Labour fought for us, making it fairer and not weighted to the employer.
This is not a time of austerity, but of the rich becoming richer and us normal folk paying for it.
Fking posh boys needs a good slap.
Tory voters hang your head in shame. No matter what you say, we would not be practically defenceless under any other party.
What are these "people" thinking?
Tories are usually from a privileged background, they don’t need a credit line to get by, which is why they are in the process of slash and burn. The majority of normal people have debts, and they rearrange their debts in order to afford to purchase necessary items.
What would the condems know about it? Very little it would seem!
The banking sector caused this whole mess, so how is it fair that I have to pay for it? And why do they insist on repeating "the biggest deficit shit"? The deficit is CAUSED by the greedy bankers, and our need to prop them up.
What ever happened to common sense?
More monkeys given too much control
"Grieve's comments suggest he may contemplate increasing a site publisher's responsibilities for material posted by other users."
What a tosser.
A jury should have no access to news, tv, web, etc.... whilst the case is ongoing.
People have every right my make comment, wether good or bad. Prosecuting the site owners is just the easy way out. Hardly surprising though, bloody English, can't do anything right.
what a fking tit
Tell me which telco is any better than the next.
Maybe they should stop employing monkeys in call centres?
I'll never be contracted to any of them ever again. Every one of them fks up.
Took vodaplebs 6 months to set up a direct debit! And 6 months of my patience, time and energy.
They are all a bunch of tossers, and they dont give a shit!
between the lines
"as well as drowning people - as happened to some unfortunates in Hungary."
reads as "i dont care about other humans, as long as I get the'chips' for my phone"
"Greenpeace (hey, surprise!) "
Typical and not unexpected
Let the Londoners pay the premium prices. BT will feel happy its not all spend, spend, spend, and can plan ahead.
Makes perfect sense, especially since it seems the whole of England have turned as tight as a fishes bumhole.
"The teens were sporting fashionably low and sagging jeans."
This is was fashion back when I was a kid.
Fashion? Todays kids havent got a clue what fashion is. I even walked by some youth wearing "Top Gun" sunglasses! They need to be advised that their "fashion" is 20 years old.
What a let down todays youth are!
who are these people?
"The statement arrived after The Reg received multiple complaints about the site"
Which saddos emailed The Reg to complain about Facebook responsiveness?
Thats like me ringing the gas board cuase my telephone doesnt work!
Some people just need a good ole smack round the cheeks.
"Now it appears that a single adult male saola has once again wandered into contact with humanity"
and Died! Humanity 0
"The advertising industry is adamant that you can rely on cookie settings"
My message is this: I block all cookies in the browser settings. But that hasn't stopped advertisers using flash cookies, which are not controlled by the broswers cookie settings. Thus I have to install 3rd party software to stop them. I should not have to do this.
Therefore you can not rely on browser settings. And 'you' know this.
Common sense prevails (for once)
"This law, which is not yet in force across Europe, immediately appeared to hamper the prospects for advertisers"
......I'm happy that this will prevent cookies being used to track my usage. I hate adverters at the best of times, and now the support is on my side. Let advertisers advertise, but not to track my usage and target ads.
I should not have to install ad blockers or abine or no script, etc..... to prevent my usage being tracked.
Like it or not, this puts the power back into the users hands.
Are there any MALE commentators on here?
Even wor lass aint as bitchy as some of these fanny-boys.
Lets face it, if you didnt want a 'slate' type device before the tenna-lady was released, and now your shouting it's praises, thats pretty pathetic.
Stats mean nothing at all.
"The rest of the ONS numbers...." are all pure guess work. Lets bag them and bin them and save the money!
What a load of ole....
Though I would suggest, anything that would help drivers in the UK to improve on their atrocious driving skills, can only be a good thing.
1 girls is having a hissy, so all women are evil?
"....the US government will attempt to dissuade outraged citizens of the Middle East from joining al-Qaeda..."
If those "outraged citizens" are stupid enough to join al-Qaeda just because 1 american is having his hissy fit, why sould the sane bother with them. Clearly this is just another nutter banging on.
I wont be joining the IRA because the tories wish to ruin the country.
I can see that they are clearly mentally unstable, and I will have to wait till the fickle English realise just how dumb they are, just as happened in the 1990's.
The 'Islamic' need to realise that extreme actions such as joining al-Qaeda only hurts their cause.
Who the F takes an iPad/laptop to the pictures?
Your incredibly sad if you really believe that you need your kit with you at all times.
Just what are you doing? Shouldn't your attention be on the screen, actually watching the film?
S A D D O!
Confusion, of course.
Each day, more evidence of the English stupidity.
The law makers dont know what they are doing
"whatever is deemed to be the best interpretation".
Those responsible have created legislation that needs to be interpreted.
Sack them all, incompetent!
