That list is going to fun to read

I thought it was supposed to be a Flying Fortress not a Lancaster?
Your patent used version 1.00 software
On a slightly different note, the patent ruling from the judge makes it possible to use simulation software in a patent application, so far so good,, so you do, and you get a patent published.
Now a few years later I come along and run version 2.00 of the simulation software you used in your original patent application and I get a different result.
Lets see you argue in court that your original patent is still valid when a large part of your claim structure just went west.
For fun I also file an application siting your patent as prior art to patent my new results ;-)
That is a stroke of genius right there, Sandbox windows, how come we never thought of that before?
Erase the HD's ?
Assuming there are a few PCs in that pile of kit is it too much to ask that they will securely erase the hard drives so all the early adopters details don't end up some were they should not?
Obviously i have to recognize the creative use of the language when I see it, definitely worth an up vote for Con-friggin-gratu-soddin-lations
The past cobbled together & regurgitated
It really does sound like a case of bits and peaces of the past cobbled together & regurgitated as some thing new and wonderful.
Can they not write a new unified system from the ground up that would be attractive to developers and users?
If built MS will file suit for infringement of their patents
Obviously the only problem will be that Microsoft will file suit for infringing its intellectual property rights.
Stuff it on the MB
I am with Mulder on this, why not stuff the link and controller on to the mother board and plug the SSD in at the same time and dump all the cables and plugs? the SSDs can be packaged in DIMMs the same as RAM making a much more logical construction
Running on top of what?
I have a terrible feeling this is going to end in tears
Oh good grief!
Oh good grief really! are they so up them selves that this is really an issue?
"flashturbation" thank you for expanding my vocabulary and adding some amusement to my Friday reading
Ant trust case?
If as is said in the popular press that a deliberate effort is being made to assemble a patent pool to go after this new codec by none other than the only industry wide owners of the other codec then I would assume that to be a case for an anti trust action?
But SCO thought
But SCO thought they already owned it?

Not sure how I feel about that?
It seems like another good reason not to buy office more than any thing else, Oracle is acing as we all thought it would to put a dollar value to everything it owns.
