Publishers can put whatever they wish. They can't trump fair use, much as they have frequently failed to prevent resale through attempts to gut first sale doctrine via similar legal claims.

This man, of course, has not been found guilty of rape, making your comment quite impressively defamatory.

You cannot use it with a flat battery, which is rather potentially exciting when one considers that the nominal user might need it to buy their ticket back home or a coffee/charge at a local shop. It just makes the smaller battery look questionable for reasons other than the obviously undesirable camera wobble.
I downloaded the apk out of curiosity. Requested permissions include network and GPS location, identifying other running apps, changing connectivity, connecting and disconnecting WiFi, changing WiFi settings, full network access and sticky broadcasts.
Good thing there's no attack surface for 0-days.
