First point obviously the government don't know how the file sharing works i have never heard of a site that charges feel free to correct me.
a traffic light system will help people looking for free content find it. (thank you gov.)
the money would be better spent finding a business model that works preferably without the greedy corporations who cheat the artists out of their copyright.
any one who gets kicked off is a lost subscriber to that ISP therefore if a hundred people get kicked at even the lowest price per month i can find for a decent connection is £7.99 call it £8.00
is 800 a month lost revenue. the cost gained from kicking those off would not equate to that.
what the DEA does is just drive file sharing further under ground encryption etc. not to mention legitimate files that may contain copyright material I work in Radio send large files of shows all over the world for broadcast I will be out of work as my ISP will not be able to tell the difference. so thanks britain this law stinks
First i will say i hear it is a fast browser. iI installed chrome a few months ago and i like that even more than firefox whixh i ran before on my XP box now will be a good time to switch the window 7 box to chrome. as too the gnu/ linux machines i guess they will stay with firefox sorry microsoft i dont like giving websites access to my hardware.
Wikileaks has not committed any crime it published leaked documents as any mrdia organisation would. If wikileaks or Assange is charged so should the British \Gaurdian New york times The BBC and just about most other media outlets.
No one rom wikileaks stole the cocuments this is just USA tryin to control people in the rest of the world I would tell them stick it where the sun dont shine.
I am not interested ever in getting 3D tv or even 3D cimima its useles fuzzy picture even with glases. The shows on tv i dont think have improved much recently in fact mainly gone down hill so more reason not to buy.
maybe the fact I am blind in one eye may also influance the decition.
mines the one wuth the eye patch in the pocket.
Perhaps the commercial sector shopuld do 2 things put something on to appeal (to anyone) give their local stations some personality instead of corporate sound alike idiots. and stop moaning the beeb have all the listeners, they havnt stole them it is called competition live with and get some decet shows.!!!!!!!!!!!!
Time Machine you are right iyt is about 30 years old and the kookabora thing 75 i think. All copyright needs a overhaul 5 years is long enough for any recording ten for the composer after that public domain. if thhey dont like it well compose more songs that is inovation that copyright is ment to encourage.
mine the coat with a pirate bay server in the pocket.
