Hmmm , I am starting to like Opera 9.5 it is quick and has a nice feel and is relatively secure , although lately Java scripting is really pushing single core CPU's to their limit stops merely to render a web page or maybe I need a bigger more powerful graphics card on a four year old system !

I was watching a BBC Horizon TV program first aired March 2008 recently about the what had happened to the body of the late Alistair Cooke called "How Much Is Your Dead Body Worth ?" where the report detailed that an illicit trade in body parts from funeral homes is worth big dollars due to the lack of donors and the answer was a surprising USD$261,500-00 !
Now since one in seven literally die from assorted terminal cancers , these crooks motivated only by greed and lured by the high prices , they literally cut up the bodies in funeral homes to retrieve the wanted items charge the usual high fees and or merely hand wood ashes back to the grieving family and then live the high life on the proceeds from both jobs !
Hmmm , after viewing that program and seeing these reports , one can suspect that some one in Canada or the US just across the border have been dumping the unsold parts from supposedly cremated bodies from assorted funeral homes at sea but have literally failed to take into account the coastal currents and tide changes !

You fire up your nice new Digital TV , and find that since the broadcasts are using the no go code on all popular soaps and the usual TV teen bop "disney" trash ,has literally shafted your entire months time shifting programming schedule !
So to fix that problem you install specially recompiled Open Source Software that ignores the no go flag to make the wife and kids happy !

@ac surely you must have a direct connection to a power sub station for Plasma units similar to that size would consume upwards of 750 watt hours or for 5000 hours of usage some 4000 KwH give or take and an estimated MTBF of between 30,000 and 60,000 hours to reach half light power output . This would equate to life time power consumption of ouch ! , I did not need that wallet load of cash to fund the kids private schooling to pay for it's 15 year working life cycle !
As for an LCD unit they would average power consumption would be approximately half as much again for the same MTBF of 30,000 hours , but the question remains unanswered is how cheap or dear are the rare and uncommon lamps used in these units or is it cheaper to land fill it and buy a new replacement !
Strangely no mention on all units as to the relatively constant colour purity drift either (LCD's are truly a nightmare to colour balance for correct colour temperature in photography as for the newest low res 20" colour Mac well forget about that one!) !

Come to think of it it was the only credible scene in the second film , as everything else was so far off scale , it became a borderline dog of a comedy show , and the third one defies description of the word absolute crass in the form of audio and visual CGI pollution !
As for the TV show it jumped the shark at episode 1 !

Looks like a maintenance nightmare with all those enclosed and open shafts and numerous other vibration hazard points , all in all probably more trouble then it is really worth ! Might be a goer if the main blades are redesigned to take into account a concept that was solved by nature aeons ago though and only just rediscovered by man recently !
One should also not forget the current bulk of RAF aircraft are down and out due to either overtime on the frames , lack of decent spare parts or being flown by many pilots who can't even hit the broadside of a barn at even 100 paces , all thanks to Tony B Liar and his assorted boot licking take a bribe friends being too cheap to fund the real cost of his "Follow the DC Chimp's in your posterior adventures"
Say , have you heard about the story of what a Canuckstan Navy old obsolete Oberon submarine HMCS Ojibwa did in 1997 to an outbound patrol Trident Boomer as it cut across a notorious area in Puget Sound where fishermen regularly have to cut nets snagged by slow large underwater moving objects !
The Boomer in question took off like a scalded rat making enough racket to wake the dead moving at high speed to cover the final three nautical miles to the line at the highest possible flank speed , The Captain of the offending submarine realised he had been sprung big time by another older but much quieter obsolete submarine following in his stern baffles from the moment he crossed the line to cut the the corner as it is known as and hearing the Canuckstan crew laughter ring in his ears prior to his sudden egress !
