mac's were far too expensive to buy except for specific roles, and network unfriendly as I recall when was asked to price up a network - the 2 mac's I proposed were comparable in price with all the other machines required & directors just said no to macs.

City of london pretty bad as well

Just junked vodafone due to very poor 3g access in City of London. No problems so far with O2 there.

Just because MS is bad and has done worse things doesn't mean its ok for others to do it. if oogles in the wrong they should be brought to book as were MS.

not a good review

Poor review - obviously he like's WoW gameplay and graphics, and as Rift isn't WoW he didn't like it.

Personally I can't stand playing WoW and loath its FisherPrice colour scheme/graphics - Rift I'm enjoying only question is for how long. Quests are good, Rift invasions and so on are really good fun, pvp is decent. Graphics are good and scale very well. Main weaknesses are the lack of a group finding mechanism, crafting needs work and some itemisation is dodgy. With the multi soul builds for characters you can easily swap out builds 9up to 4 at max level) to meet playstyle/situatio - typically soloing, grouping and the two arch roles.

Its quite a complex game once you start into the diferent souls you can mix'n'match so most want to stick to 1 class and learn the options and balance them around playstyles and roles.

Overall I'd give it an 80

If Apple were refusing to repair the machine because the damage was CAUSED by smoke then all these comments in support would be reasonable. That is NOT the case though.

They refuused to even attempt a repair or diagnosis of the problem which they are bound by there term to do. It unreasonable for them to - without speific terms in the agreeement - to refuse a machine which has been used within normal use.

I no longer smoke and find it vile but you cannot just randomly change your agreements without warning or notification.

well nice to find out

I havea paid for licence which I did not buy a service contract for this year for a few reasons. I was about to upgrade but I find out from a news site that not only has my licence been castrated but that I have missed the 'offer' price on the new version. I get regular emails from them advising of security upgades but no notification of the change of licence? that seriously stinks and I will now explore the best alternative with good import tools.
