Customer requirements?

Does nobody else think this reads more like a press release? A "customer" just happened to have some very unusual requirements for how we could hack their system. It just so happened we devised a neat solution that would get our name in the press.

Anyway, wouldn't a trojan mouse count as " gaining unauthorized physical access to computers"?

What a dreadful article. Microsoft have come up with something really different in WP7/W8. I've not decided whether I like it or not, but it's certainly different. Yet somehow this is ripping off Apple "innovative" grid of icons?

Also, where can I get one of those "conductive screens" you mention at the top of page 2?

Form a queue now

I suspect that somewhere there is already a queue forming outside a shop. And maybe even some overhyped Apple staff clapping and cheering as they herd the sheep into two seperate queue.

I've been trying to opt out of O2's regular text spam for months. Customer Services always tell me that this time I'm opted out but still the texts keep coming. Not all that often, but irritating.

Actually, not had one for a few weeks now. Maybe they finally managed it. Just before it all starts again.

On device map data

Maybe I missed it, but a summary of which apps have the map data stored on the device and which ones download over your data connection would be handy. Otherwise a very useful review.

OMG!!!!!!! Apple have now invented video calls!! Is there no end to their genius? I hope they patented it.

Where's my Apple-embossed wallet? The one with the spring loaded catch that pings open every 6 months as they drip feed me a feature and bleed me dry..

ePaper?

I may have missed it but does this screen hold its display without power? If not, then as far as I'm concerned it's just a low power LCD screen and not ePaper.

What's the big deal?

Surely it's not that funny if yoru logo looks like a penis, when it's intentional and your company primarily deals with penises?

UI isn't "android based"

Why is the UI described as "android based"? It's just a tweak to their existing Touch Flo 3D interface that's been around on phones like the current Touch HD for a while.

Just because they've renamed it "Sense" doesn't mean it's got anything to do with Android.
