Anyone can make a mistake with email but why was it possible to make such a mistake?
I support the Public Sector strike because we need good people working in the Public Sector to try and prevent these things from happening. Would people rather have some donut working for minimum wage with the minimum pension with minimum qualifications?

Why did they chose the worse of the TombRaider games to redo?

All I said was I was having trouble with Steam this week.
When I said I was having trouble with Steam that somehow suggests I buy games and not steal them.
But I am well aware that (and everyone here is as well) getting a pirate game to run is much easier than a DRM laced DVD or Steam for that matter.
You should be careful how you talk your customers because I choose to buy games even though I don't have to. I could steal them, easily but I choose to go out of my way to pay money and put up with DRM to keep little trolls like you in work.
Chose to move my Steam directory to another drive (to free up some space) but wasn't able to re-install steam once the move was complete.
Every-time i tried to update I was told not available/come back later/general error.

Now if I had stolen all my games this wouldn't be an issue

If it was found in court that Viacom had posted content on youtube with the sole objective of creating a law suit or reinforcing their case for copyright infringment then a judge would take a very dim view and Viacom would at least be found in contempt of court.

I do not know the AACS cryptographic key. I never have know it and don't intend to own it. Nor do I know anybody that knows it. I have never visited the website where it is freely available because I don't need to know it because I don't have a blue ray player because its got a higher resolution that my own poor eyeball can perceive. Any site which takes your Credit Card data stores your data 'to make your return visit much easier'
The ability to remove your own data with the click of a button seems to most logical step but doesn't encourage your customers to return. Clearly trying to tie you into their brand takes a much higher priority over customer data security.
Buy a Kindle from Amazon and you never have to input you data again. All your eBooks purchases are automatically charged to the same card. Found this out when I bought a neice a kindle for her birthday. Helpful.

Ebay is a much better place to find your 'free' books. Ok these aren't free but it's easier to pay a couple of quid and get all the books you want in your chosen genre.
