money well spent?
High risk, high pay off. if it works.
these two things are ridiculous, give any 5 year old a box of crayons and he/she would have come up with a way better mascot and it wouldn't have cost the taxpayer a riduclous sum of money. the designers must be laughing all the way to they bank.
if this is any indication of how the actual games are going to be the olympics will show the world how detached Britain has become.
It's the word "radiation" that people are so affraid of. its been hyped to the point that all radiation at all levels is deemed bad, which is not a good place to start un-biased research. i've been hearing for a while that small doses of radiation may be beneficial, causing cells to repair themselves where they might not ordinarily bother. but, its all about dose, just a shame the stigma surrounding radiation hasn't allowed the research to be conducted.
If you added up all the money from failed or cancelled NASA shuttle "replacements" you could probably get to mars and back and still have enough left over for a sizable city on the moon.
aren't they just talking about the iphone?
Just buy american for F*** sake
This is one massive cock up on airbuses part, why should we pay for it? i say cancel the order and get some planes from the yanks before everyone else does, that way we will be first in line!
soon britain will envy the swiss navy
and what happens if someone decides to sink our 1 aircraft carrier? the govenment should hang their heads in shame this is an absolute disgrace, wasn't our navy once the envy of the world? now we cant even afford a basic military necessity.

Is it just me or does GM's hero look a lot like the "IT" from a certain Southpark episode?
Is this not just because people with macs generally have more disposable income?
This actually makes me angry, its such a bad decision! why cant we have someone sensible making these decisions?
