Why does this come as a surpise?!

Every freaking time I've read anything about Drupal they warn you that the APIs will break--they go out of their way to tell you that.

It doesn't take a genius to figure that out--and anyone who develops for Drupal knows that.

Drupal 7 API changes -- EVERYONE EXPECTED IT! NO FREAKING SURPRISE!

To alleviate confusion, remember this:

- IA64 = Itanium (Intel)

- AMD64 (AMD invented this version of 64-bit technology) ~ EM64T (Intel's version [copied])

- AMD64 and EM64T is commonly known as x86-64

- x64 makes me think of IA64, which is completely different from AMD64
