My mate Dave had Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion successfully installed and working on VMWare Player. I *believe* this Service Pack will prevent your VM from booting even though it downloads and installs.

I recently moved from a very large corporation culture to a small (< 30 people, 5 of which are infrastructure/software engineers) startup and the ability to drop everything a work on something else, while undesirable, is a total must. We try to be Agile but there are times when Just Get It F*****g Done overrule and sprint plan. I couldn't see an 'Aspie' ever working in these conditions, so are they resigned to large process driven corporation culture where politics also probably come more into play?

Tvcatchup only shows their own ads before a channel loads, all other ads are those broadcast by the channel you're watching. I don't see the problem. Also, it seems to stream at 360p at best so it's hardly in direct competition to aerial broadcasts.

From the job ads I've seen (I'm a C++ dev) the most money these days is in Java for HFT (figure that out) and python/JavaScript for web.

Surely they can copy job adverts where companies look for people with Python skills as proof of usage?
