I just plug my 625 into the PC and copy and paste from phone folder to PC folder no need for any fancy software, I assume its the same for any windows phone isn't it?

Been there done that, and for £150 a Nokia 625 has been surprisingly good so far.

I suspect Microsoft will bugger it up in a year or two though so I would recommend you to make hay while the sun shines.

Bloody hell if T Mobile are the best carrier in the US (in terms of customer service) the others must be really crap.

From reading the article it appears that they are not being sued for cooperating with the NSA but for failing to reveal relevant information in a timely manner. I.e. that their business in China was or had, taken a big hit.

Ahhh for the good old days when an old spam filled email account and a password was all that was required.

They are still here except people use gmail instead of yahoo or hotmail.

Being old and cynical I suspect the reason behind it is to protect regional pricing, however way you look at it, there is no benefit to consumers from this.

I agree with all the above except he/she would not be on a bonus, you have to be much higher up the Servo food chain than someone who actually does work for a customer to get any bonus.

Of course this just means that those who do get bonuses exert tremendous pressure 'downwards' to make sure the numbers show the KPI's are met.

I really don't think they have anything to worry about regarding damaging their reputation for being 'bold, open, trusted and clear'

Now if they were concerned about their reputation for being 'underhand shysters' that would be a different matter, although on reflection, I don't think they need to worry about that either.
