Another Youtube vid shows two cops pull over someone for speeding. He is upset. The two cops are quite clearly spooked and administer an unprovoked tasing.

I should get off my butt and write to the police minister and ask what regulations/training there is with regard to tasers.

Shouldn't they do surveys when designing these things. Are they a) Paranoid someone will tip off the competition. b) Aliens who don't know how humans behave. c) bloody-minded (insert preferred term).
