Hulu is a great site right now and it turns plenty of profit (as seen above). I figure when you can afford a Super Bowl commercial, you are fairly well off. I used it for a year and a half instead of buying cable and I check it at least 5 times a week to see episodes I may have missed from some of my favorite shows.
That said, if a payment model were injected I would abandon the site in a heartbeat. So would a huge portion of Hulu viewers. It would probably destroy the site.
So in conclusion, please go DIAF Mr. Miller, before you enact a terrible idea that destroys an awesome site. Thank you.
I'm sure your country is just as stupid as mine. It just so happens that we are entertained by our stupid people so we broadcast their stupidity. In other words, get off your high horse you twit.
A Good Idea...
But not enough to sell me a new OS. Add actual functionality and I'll give it a go. Until then you can keep your shiny new paint job, I've got better things to throw my money at (besides the 15 different versions of an OS. You already developed it, just sell Ultimatepremiumfanf&%$ingtastic Edition and get over yourself).
RE: Oh please
Just a quick lesson.
#1. Not all people in America are idiots. That is a lovely persona broadcasted by everyone's tv.
#2. You are an idiot. For believing everything you see on tv.
Now for the commet. I'd have no loss of sleep if AT&T and the iPhone went under, nor do I care if they get the iPhone for another year or another 30. I buy a phone using a weighted system of usefullness. Reception/Signal Strength is at the top of that system hence, AT&T is at the bottom of the list.

If you are going to make a public vote for something within a federal funded institution, you should stick by the results. Colbert would have been rediculous of course, but if the competition was fair I say give him his piece of space junk.
PETA doesn't frown on hurting people
So I'll be so very happy when that twit that runs that organization keels over. My only hope is the morons that follow her revert back to being unorganized morons.
Per Maddox "For every animal you save, I'm going to eat three"
Gun law only stops people who would follow the law to begin with. Banning guns only makes the illegal gun trade that much more of a powerfull system. Look at the war on drugs and how well the drug trade/cartels are doing for proof.
