Apple, with the others, can go suck themselves for moaning about OGG. Apple like to think they are "better then MS" but clearly all they can think about is their fucking shite excuse for a program "iTunes" and the shitty DRM they want to put all over their shitty files. Go fuck your self Apple; the same as every other big, yank corporation
It's all BS. The "super-elite" as they call them selves are calling the shots on this one. Tory and Labour are both the same, I am not sure if the libs are in their pockets either being told what to do. The Helicopters are coming. "Hello, would you like an RFID chip on the side of your plate of CCTV cameras?"
Anyone seen escape from NY & LA? Yeah, it's looking that way.
Going on far too long
Intel have been getting away with this for FAR too long. Where the fine goes is another argument, but the fact this has gone through is a win, finally. This isn't about who is best or anything, it's about plain, simple big business tactics to muscle people out. How many more big corporate American companies will get done over? Plenty more, I hope
A nice bit of drunken fun
Such a shame, but was fun to be involved in it all at that time. Some of the prank calls I heard recorded to Scientology HQ's where hilarious, but the London summer protests where brill. Good times.
I do love it when he mocks the Americans...a warm feeling comes over me, but this one is even more so. American Idol judge...not only a yank, but one that works on one of those disgusting excuses for a TV program. Here Here to the Mr Cohen and his Julie
To be fair, I have got A LOT of computer parts off ebay for MUCH cheaper then I would have from a shop. I have Cisco switches, routers, HP servers (and I mean SCSI RAID+ILO+2 PSU's etc jobby's) Dell servers, tape drives...the list goes on for a fraction of the price. When I did my CCNA I got some Cisco stuff off ebay, if you look on a shop for reselling old gear they where asking far more then someone on ebay, who realistically was doing the CCNA or something simluar anyway. I bought a whole HP server for 30£ + 30£ for delivery from someone doing a factory clear out
Oh right...so when the Vikings came to England; raped people and burnt down villages, that too was because they had played Grand Rape Village for 3 hours a night.....
Fast AND economical
If they actually made a sensible car, it might bring some jobs back to this country and put England back up there in cars like it used to be. Fast AND economical...why not make a sensible-ish car that people can buy and fill this country with car-making jobs once again. In this time, jobs and good but money saving cars are win win win
She might be only 16, but being fired isn't great at any time (unless you want it). Last night I had has my status about how I was working late again due to circuit problems and had a jokey moan. If my manager pulled me up on it I'd say...ermm yeah, who exactly likes to work late working out what some dumb arse hasn't done correctly and have an argument about it. But being 16 I would have a guess she probably wasn't going to voice things (stereotyping but I remember what I was like at that age). I think that's terrible. I bet HOD's on 100 K a year have times where they go...god I just really cannot be fucked to work today.
Agreed with looking for easy lay off
Sounds like Downgrading of E
This reminds me of the call for downgrading E that was rejected the other week. We are basically saying, we know that this is pointless, stupid and a big waste of money...but for the idiots that know nothing it makes us look good. (liking idiots think E is very harmful so we should waste money trying to catch the "criminals" that use it)
If you read between the lines of many mass media articles on these ISP's which do not put in the IWF blocking, they write them to suggest they [the ISP's] either don't care about this material or happily support it, which is absolutely disgusting and, yet again, bullying tactics which the idiotic mass agrees with, who, like I stated, know nothing.
Hands up who has been "accidentally" exposed to this stuff...anyone...as I thought.
Too much headache for average users
I use NoScript, but I would never dare install on "average users" PC's because I know I will only get more phone calls and I can't be bothered to explain what to do. You might think it would be good in an office, where you can do group 5 minute lessons to people for the sake of that bit of extra security, but I just about manage to install Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and FireWalls's on peoples PC's and even then I get them asking questions so NoScript...no thanks
