Delays of 2 hours or more are not uncommon?

I have never had any problem with my 3g phone, infact it is a hell of alot more reliable than my old CDMA phone which would regularly delay texts. Even on New Years night i was still able to make a call on it. Perhaps the Americans are *still* behind on the tech front?

I bought my acer aspire (New with warranty) 5420 which has (under XP) 4 hours battery,

2gb of ram, bluetooth, dvd writer, 80gb HDD, AMD Turion dual core, SD slot, the works....

for NZ$630 which is about probably not even €300..

so why does anyone buy these things?

Luckily i have a genuine CD. but maybe they should offer free downgrades (well there upgrades really) from vista down to XP. That would be great. Im sure alot of people have Vista CD's now and hate it so have just downgraded to XP on a pirate copy... but since they have a copy of vista and a licence for that... it would be great if they could use as an upgrade licence to XP!

I think i would rather use my nice $100 headphones and just play it off my ipod rather than use the crap air NZ supply you with. Still, will be good for charging.

As for quality, well.. the movies you play on your ipod aren't usually very good quality anyway so i dont see the big deal..

There damn lucky... In New Zealand we are on the 'best' plan available, which costs NZ$70 a month for 30gb at about 7.5/1.5 ADSL, and after we use that it costs $20/gb...
