..them being caught. And the clerk reading the charges in court!!!!!
...the stove get upset at being put in irons??
Cutting edge? I dont think so.
Anarchy Online has been doing this for years, you could play the vanilla game (original without expansions) for free, ingame there are advertising boards for all kinds of things. You cant turn them off unless you are a paying customer. It has very little effect on gameplay. In fact it actually adds to the atmosphere in the towns where people gather.
Stupid comment personally.
I totally agree with soaklord, you pay for a service, the only reason they are throttling the bandwidth is because there hardware cant cope with the amount of traffic on it.
I can only speak for the UK situation and its obvious the system cant cope but they dont want to throw billions of £££ into upgrading it, so they throttle the high users, and throw spin on it to make those who dont torrent look like they are loosing out to the torrenters.
My only suggestion is vote with your feet and find another provider.
paris, cos I heard her bands width is 9 inches.
How about making the El Reg logo at the bottom of the page a clickable link back to the home page then I can hit that to go back to the main/new topics rather than tart about. Also a "Back to top page"
Unless there already there and I cant see them for squinting.
haha sooo funny, be interesting to see if
a) ebay doesnt pull it (the phone that is)
b)how much some gimp will pay for this.
Paris because 49 pr0n piccies of her on a phone would fetch more than this will.
