With the comparison. Blur is a Playstation 1 game with better textures - Do a couple of laps and any respectable gamer will feel they've played it before years ago & they were bored of it then!
Split Second had a lot of potential & initially i thought it had been pretty well executed - but does it have any longevity? I cant see it, once youve seen all the set pieces crumble down for the 4th, 5th time all your left with is a sloppy arcade racer (the type in which you can do a lap using nothing but the throttle, leaving the steering to the barriers.)
If you fancy either game my advice would be wait a month - you'll get them out of the bargain bin!
@ paul 150
I would imagine that most people give a shit when they dont get what they've have paid for - perhaps you dont? perhaps you have money to waste on products that are not as described but most people dont.
Capital C to the hump!
Well i never, thanks for pointing that out AC - perhaps you could send me your contact details just in case my complete stupidity gets me into trouble again in the future? Or at least give me your CB Radio handle.
Also a picture of yourself would be cool, ill get it ironed onto my favourite shirt that i wear everyday!
Any other Playmobile technicians wanting to make their comments heard see below. Ive saved you some time.
COPY HERE > Its probably limited due to the speeds of the Hard Disk, not the Bus < COPY HERE
More garbage for brain washed morons to waste their money on! but then here i am reading about it, so i cant be much better.
People are not supposed to live like this - we have 'evolved' too far!
There's an application called GOTsend which converts (in a matter of minutes) MKV's HD or otherwise into MP4's which can be played on the 360 or PS3. Ive tested some 720p TV shows & can confirm it works a treat.
Cos its better LIVE!
What you Need:
2.MP3 Speaker Dock
I think the rest is fairly self explanatory!
Your right i did miss that, sorry mate!
If you believe that FileSharers deserve the same punishment as Peado's you are a complete and total Moron!
Nothing BT Bother!
Took a total of 3 weeks to get up and running! and thats after the line was activated. Technical support is an absolute joke & the Home Hub is complete garbage! I smashed mine to smitherines last week when my O2 wireless box arrived. I now more than twice the speed for half the price!
If the problem is related to the USB 1.1 specification of your old laptop then perhaps a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card could help? although spending more money on your old laptop is probably not the best solution being that you've just purchased a new one.
I take it you have decided that copying all data to an external device and transferring it that way is not an option?
T2 still No1
T2:Judgement Day is still my all time favourite film! I remember watching it as a kid and wishing i had my own terminator... infact i still do!
I was really dissapointed with the 3rd installment though, went to the cinema to see it and people were actually laughing out loud at some points! Comedy? in a Terminator movie? i know T2 has some amusing lines but T3 just took the pittle.
Regardless of where the story goes or who they cast, it just wont be the same for me without Arnie!
@Mark - Again
Oh you are quite the boffin aren't you! Unfortunately Wikipedia seems to disagree with you:
Hear hear is an expression that originated as hear ye, or hear him, usually repeated. This imperative was used to call attention to a speaker's words, and naturally developed the sense of a broad expression of favour. This is how it is still used today, although one can always vary one's tone to express different sentiments; the Oxford English Dictionary noted around the turn of the century that the phrase is now the regular form of cheering in the House of Commons, and expresses, according to intonation, admiration, acquiescence, indignation, derision, etc. It is often incorrectly spelled "here here".
Not that I am being pedantic!
How the feck could anyone say "the lack of imagination i find mind numbing" in reference to GTA4? Its clear to anyone with half a brain the amout of time and effort that has been put into the title, to say it suffers from lack of imagination is pure ignorance!
I know this bears no relation to this particular article but upon reading that comment i felt it my duty to respond.
Thought it was just me!
"The potential flaw is that some folk already complain that 120Hz TVs produce movement that's too smooth, it seeems unnatural."
Now it all makes sense! i know a couple of people with large Samsung TV's and i keep thinking to myself that the way people move on screen just looks strange? I assume those sets are 120Hz!
Well ill be in no rush to upgrade! i imagine it'll be many years before there'll be any decent HD content to justify the expense!
@david bates - i like your thinking, 90% of everything i watch comes from the internet! No need for tuners really. Once i can afford a couple of TB hard drives i think ill just live off my own archive.
