Re: But the thing is.....
Employing children?
How about
Pretending it's Jedward for uber-creepiness.
Re: Who Watches Camcorder Movies Now Anyway
Oh. Prison rape jokes. How novel and in the best possible taste.
Astroturfing
Seems to be rather a lot of Anonymous posts here defending Amazon to the hilt. Why would you be ashamed? Unless it's one or two people posting dozens of times.
We're not stupid. Unless they pay their taxes I will never use their services. I urge other non-anonymous cowards to do the same.
Re: Amazon user since 1997 here.
It's not fairly competitive. They have an advantage over companies which pay UK tax. I say shut down their UK operation completely until they pay their way. They'll change their tune.
You wouldn't shoot a policeman then steal his helmet
...then go to the toilet in his helmet

I can't be the first.
These companies cannot be shamed
That's a waste of time. Change the rules so they can't get away with this, and if they fail to comply tell them the UK will not allow them to do business here.
Plebgate
Plebgate is fair enough, that actually is in the public interest.
How about
...if the postie would ring my bell instead of making a meek knock then immediately sticking a card through?
Re: Christian beliefs and ideals
"Is it logically possible for an atheist to hold moral convictions?"
I can see why you're staying anonymous, I'd be ashamed to spout such crap as well.
Re: Best outcome.
Agreed, but then nobody ever suggested that William Hague is not an idiot.
Beer
is there anything it can't do?
The Penguin
Quite surprised they're so fond of it given the depiction of the violent nun.

Great film though.
Re: Rhyme?
Toilet quick
I feel sick
It's too late
I've done it on the plate
Carol Decker
I was reminded earlier why I follow the T'Pau singer on twitter
carol decker @caroldecker
Oh shit I've been arrested AGAIN! #rebekabrooksisintheshit
Re: I know
I happen to know you're a neighbour, I'll adjust my telescope accordingly and record your every move.
Fairly certain you wouldn't approve what I'd like to call Andrew Orlowski.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step.
I assume the money will be available to employ the new teachers which will of course be needed.
Well done!
A whole article on piracy without using the word 'freetards'.
Beer
Is there anything it can't solve?
chihuahua ?
Euphemism?
Woah
I'm going dude.
I for one am shocked
It's not like Call Me Dave to be economical with the truth.
The Internet is for Porn
When did the Mother's Union become an arm of government?
Yes Dave, global economic crisis and all you can do is parent for people who can't be bothered to do it themselves.
Re:on a long trek, I turn the phone OFF
Great. Just don't use your phone, that'll save the battery.
Bully for those guys
They got to live the dreams of millions, and think that space exploration is more important than real people trying to live decent lives.
Landing on the moon, as cool as that is, didn't actually propel humanity forward. It was a willy-waving exercise with the Soviets.
Tell us oh great ones. What did the moon landings give us?
Missing the point
The man aggressively chased other bus providers out of markets across the country.
Doesn't sound to me like Google has done any such thing by the way, he simply sounds like a paranoid headcase.
Too right
Their scummy business practices should see them extinct before too long.
The Yellow Pages
I chuck them out unopened. In fact I object to them sending me one. You live in the past if you must.
So, if I have this right
An extremely famous woman (arguably the most recognisable living woman) announces that she is pregnant, and the news is spread widely via social media which is largely used to exchange snippets of information.
The only less surprising thing is Reg posters falling over themselves to prove how little they care. It's OK guys, nobody was accusing you of anything.
Re:distributing your ideas still wasn't cheap
It wasn't, so the viewpoints of the wealthy would obviously reign, much as they do now in the mainstream media. I don't think that is a useful way to judge quality.
This rather depends how you use twitter. I don't follow people who tell me what they had for breakfast. As a way to find links for news and comment it is currently peerless. Perhaps you only follow tedious people.
Am I missing something?
Loads of pubs already offer this and have done for ages.
I notice
That you only really post about Apple.
http://forums.reghardware.com/user/41045/
May I take it
That you'll publish a clarification of this hoax?

Tax evader?
You mean like Murdoch?
Translation...
"I'm not interested in anyone else's tastes, just so long as can watch cars going fast".
BBC4
BBC4 often has themed music nights on Fridays. I have no interest in F1, but accept that others do. The BBC is not the bad guy in this, even at a time of trouble for Murdoch's business, the BBC bashing continues. If you don't want Sky to take over all sport, then refuse to pay the tax-avoiding scumbag.
Re: Missed the point of the article
Care to speculate why David Mellor's private life was smeared all over the Sun? It's not difficult. Mess with Murdoch and he'll finish you.
But
They still won't say anything meaningful (or true)
Do you live under a rock?
If you want to be ruled by Murdoch, I suggest you emigrate, his reign is over.
The Internet is for Porn
and petty rows, obviously.
Well
...they can type faster.
That's why it works though
Free news and no effort. Loads of papers are losing money as it is, serve up a story which requires no investigation or effort and they're laughing.
Because
One person is not a representative sample.
The USA
Someone needs to inform them that they are not the World Government.
I already do
So it's unlikely to be something I'll face.
