David... sorry.. not to be mean.. but not you! hahaha
reducing the size of the hard drive?
Did I actually read that correctly?
"would have been better off reducing the size of the 320GB hard drive in order to accommodate 802.11n Wi-Fi....."
Since laptop hard drives are all the same size physically I guess you would rather go without a hard drive at all? Also since the chip that physically controls which wifi protocol is used is on a chip installed to the mini-pci slot on the bottom of the laptop.. and that they are also a standard size and shape.. I can only assume you (the Mr. Stapley) have no clue about PC/Laptop hardware.
The microwave and the TV are of course BRITISH INVENTIONS. Yes and the auto is a German one as well.. However it took American know how to make them affordable.
I hate bashing of US cars.. yes a lot of them are crap.. but we have a HUGE selection (The new Mustangs are hands down incredible and very affordable) and let us not forget the wonderful quality of English cars in the 70s and 80s.. Jags and Rolls had wonderful reputations for fix almost daily and costing a small fortune to maintain.
"Err, the Willys Jeep was a Morris design, so it was British!"
The Willy's was designed by the American Bantam Corporation.. An American company.
Did this guy even own the software he created?
OK.. my question is.. Since he was in the Air Force at the time he created this application.. Wouldn't the software he authored be property of the Air Force and HE broke the law by attempting to transfer the copyright to Blueport?
Seems like common sense to me!
what crime was committed?
I'm confused here... what is sounds like to me is an employee/employer dispute? How can be charged with a crime.. unless there is much more to this than is being reported
great idea but
the one thing I've noticed about police in action when they have their guns drawn is that they tend to move pretty fast.. then all that movement at the end of your arm would be magnified even more. So unless the camera has a pretty high frame rate all you are gonna see is a blur.. especially when combined with the kick of the bullet leaving the barrel..
does this thing have image stabilization like the steady cams that the movie studios use?
