That would require the government to be at least superficially competent. HAH!!
Re: One born every minute
Surely without this amazing cable, some of the 0s might get stuck trying to get through, then the 1s would be backed up and who knows where that might lead!
Re: You know inventory day is approaching ...
Minty horse, been shopping at Tesco then have we?
I shall be trying not to break my jaw by yawning.
Given that they are geckos and they are in space having sex, you have to wonder how much control the Russians ever really had...
So, 4G is barely available outside major UK cities (and pretty scarce inside some of them) and we are already talking about 5G. Well, good luck on the rollout of that given how well the 4G rollout is going so far.
Pocari sweat, tastes as good as it sounds. :-(
Interestingly, my bank contacted me and asked if I wanted to make a claim. Somewhat a rhetorical question if you ask me, so several weeks later I got a nice fat deposit in my bank account :)
I want to see this as an option/scenario in KSP!
And there's the problem, we already have proof that "responsible government agency" is an oxymoron.

swamp gas reflecting the light from venus...
Re: Wonder how
Be even safer, never turn your computer on!
A Dalek, I wanna see a dalek as the Doktooorrrr!!
Re: He said... / She said...
Oh but the 'juiciest' conclusion is so much more fun!
Always has been..
a planet, always will be.
If you ask me...
It's all just Pi in the sky.
Didn't you know, conspiracy theorys are just a conspiracy theory!
The US government invented them purely to keep the nut jobs happy and to keep them from finding out that there really is nothing happening!
Fail to see the problem..
..unless you also have a problem with the advertising that has been running for quite a while showing the flag in different shades of green...
DR and Quinch, love it :)
is that the government would initially bring this in as a replacement for road tax (if we are lucky) but then a "reason" will be found to bring back road tax and at that point a lot of people will wish Guy Fawkes had succeeded...
I think I will be grabbing this as soon as a 3G version becomes available. Too often have I foloowed a tweeted link only to find that it is to something in flash and been unable to see what was interesting.
I am more than happy..
to sit back and watch the parties of liars rip each other to pieces.
Wooohoo, go for it guys, in the end we all loose anyway!
you are still voting for lizards.
I love how...
Apple's definition of "best user experience" seems to include crashes and rapid battery drain...
I skipped the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 entirely so that I could avoid this "best user experience" after hearing about the problems with 3.1.
In other news...
sky found to be blue!
I bought it at the weekend, and frankly it's been nothing but trouble.
Unexpected crashes (taking down the whole system!) and on monday evening it stopped working altogether.
Frankly, "must try harder"!
"Similar boxes are used by managers of fleet vehicles and police forces, with dramatic improvements in accidents."
Actual reduction in the numbers of accidents or a decrease in the number of accidents the insurance companies have to pay out for?
Would this be the fabled...
iRan product we have heard soooo much about?
Want to take bets on...
whether the government will manage to slime their way out of this one?
Why would anyone buy the upgrade version of Win7 when the full version costs £10 more in pretty much every high street store?
Surely no one in their right minds would want to do anything other than a clean install of an OS anyway!
poor things, is deciding which browser to install by themselves too difficult?
had a public performance license, or they could be paying royalties plus damages pretty damn soon!
I made my opinion known...
Anyone wan to guess what I voted for?
Now Mac users learn what Windows users have known for years, if you want to keep something, never leave in the Documents folder, put it on a separate HD and back it up if it's that important.
I for one..
welcome our extremophile biota overlords!
I misread that headline as...
ID card support hits Brown's bottom!
I could have sworn it was Wednesday, not Friday :)
(well, it is Friday afternoon after all)
Another JT story?
Nothing to see here folks, move along quietly.
Of course it was an accident, they would much rather hit it with a missile!
more funds for the Police retirement fund...
Aren't these the same ID cards that were recently duplicated in 12 minutes? Because I can see how that would make it difficult to work with children, yeah...
TPB wasn't that good a torrent site anyway...
this article is usless without images! :)
"The Tories are widely expected to oppose the 50p broadband levy being contained in the finance bill. So should they be elected to government next year, the £6 a year tax on fixed phone lines could indeed be ditched."
That would require a political party to actually enact a manifesto promise that would loose them money, something pretty much unheard of in politics...
you paid for something, doesn't mean you own it any more. Just like music, you have only bought the right to use it in the way specified by the manufacturer, not as you see fit.
Got to be..
the directors cut.
you can guarantee it will plummet to earth then crash and burn!
kill it with fire!
