The koersk sunk because the feul used in one of their test torps made contact the metal of the torp and caused a chemical reaction.

A sub that isnt moving is easily detected one would only have to search for a " hole in the water " Its of strategic significance that subs keep moving around and only surface to receive comunications or to resuply.

They had one mounted next to a large Subway Station ( Zuidplein, Rotterdam, The netherlands. ) They had to remove it because it afected more ppl then the " targeted audience " and to top that off. People seem to get somewhat agressive by repeated noises. ( who would have guessed. ). Guess the thing has some pro's ( which? anyone ) and Cons.. I really belief that drugs in any way, shape, or form is the takers own responcibility. You eighter say Yes or you say No thanks.

Also any straight thinking person would not call a drugs dealer friend and i wonder what her parents were doing while she was taking meth at age 13!?. If my kid would display sympthoms of drug use I would try anything to get her/him off it. And also try to find out who gave it and have him arrested for drugs trade and whatever els i could find to sue him with.
